This new community is located at the intersection of SR-35 and HWY-53 in the fast-growing, vibrant Seven Bridges Corridor. Caretta Holmen’s location is convenient for friends and family to visit and boasts scenic views of river bluffs and nature preserves.
With plenty of luxurious gathering spaces, our community is welcoming for residents, families, and friends. We also provide social programming to help residents form new and lasting friendships.
We appreciate the exceptional experience at HD Drive in. The staff was outstanding. The rain did not deter us. The residents thoroughly enjoyed it and eagerly anticipate their next visit, particularly for the root beer floats!!! 🍦🍨🍺

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of enjoying music performed by Greg Grokowski. We extend our sincere gratitude to Greg for his rendition of Johnny Be Good, which was thoroughly enjoyed by our residents. 🎸🎸

Yesterday was a productive day at Caretta. Balloon Volleyball paved the way for sanding wooden blocks for our wooden sparklers and planting Caretta's Garden. Our gratitude goes to Jeff McKenzie for procuring and shoveling dirt into our garden boxes. Thank you so much!! 🪴

Monday evening, the residents embarked on an outing to the Holmen Library to view a documentary by Steven Marking, titled "A Visit from Will Dilg." The film chronicled Dilg's efforts to safeguard the Mississippi River. 🦦🐟🎣🌲🌳 His endeavors contributed to the formation of the National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. We appreciate the Holmen Historical Society's efforts in hosting these exceptional programs, which are well-received by our residents and the community. We look forward to the next program. ❤️

We began the day with therapeutic hand putty, which the residents thoroughly enjoyed as a hand exercise. Additionally, our Happy Hour event was well-received, featuring storytelling and advice-sharing with the younger generation! We had a great time on Friday reminiscing and having a “ball” at our Night at the Avalon event! We listened to artists such as Roy Orbison, Louis Armstrong, The Everly Brothers, and many more, and we danced to Frankie Yankovic’s polka! 🎶🕺💃🏼It was a lovely time spent with amazing people 💖

Caretta in Holmen has experienced a whirlwind of activity over the past couple of days! We commence each day with exercise, incorporating innovative approaches such as mobility exercises with noodles, which our residents seemed to appreciate. The favorable weather allowed us to venture outdoors and bask in the sunshine. ☀️ Additionally, we hosted a Mexican-themed event, complete with margaritas,chips, and salsa, as well as an armchair travel ✈️ experience, which was met with enthusiasm. 🇲🇽 In the evening, we attended a presentation by author Jim Draeger at our local community center, where he regaled us with tales of Wisconsin's rich history of bars and breweries.🍻❤️
