It's to cold to have them old people out today
🎃 Getting crafty for Halloween! Our creative residents had a blast making spooky yarn decorations using a fun balloon technique. The activity room was filled with laughter as we wrapped colorful yarn around balloons to create ghostly, web-like orbs perfect for Halloween decor.
It was heartwarming to see everyone helping each other perfect their yarn-wrapping techniques and sharing creative ideas.

Musky Bob had quite an adventure spending time out on the water, enjoying the crisp air and the fall colors. He even reeled in a big Muskie while fishing on Lake Wissota!

🎃🍬 Residents had a spook-tacular time playing a Halloween candy jar guessing game! Everyone took turns guessing how many pieces of candy were packed inside the jars. It was a fun way to celebrate the season, and we had lots of laughs along the way! 🧡👻

Residents at Caretta had so much fun on our latest outing to the pet store! We saw colorful macaws, curious lizards, turtles, and more! These trips are a great way for our seniors to stay engaged and connected with the world around them. Residents gathered on the patio recently for a Tailgate Party featuring special guest, Sandra Sullivan.
Sandy Sullivan is an author and motivational speaker from Wisconsin. Sandy was born in Mauston, Wisconsin and getting a job at age 19 to work at a 10-day Milwaukee Sentinel Sports show in 1960 really changed her life. Sandy talked about all the great people she met including Vince Lombardi who walked up to her and said ‘I put 6,000 seats on that stadium in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and I have a winning football team. But nobody knows it yet. Will you help me sell the season tickets?’ “She stressed to take opportunities when a door opens and to stay friend for life. Sandy is the author of the book Green Bay Love Stories and other affairs which is a memoir from Packers glory days.
Sandy Sullivan’s book “Green Bay Love Stories and Other Affairs,” gained even more fame when Sullivan ran as a Republican for Wisconsin Secretary of State in 2006. She lost the election but ran one of the closest races that office seen in 25 years.
