We are proud to recognize our Employee of the Month, Cody Flowers an outstanding Resident Care Assistant who consistently goes above and beyond in everything he does.
His kindness toward both residents and fellow staff members truly sets him apart. He treats every resident with compassion, dignity, and respect, always taking the time to listen, offer encouragement, and ensure they feel comfortable and valued. His calm and caring approach creates a positive environment that residents and families deeply appreciate.
Not only is he exceptional with residents, but he is also an incredible team player. He is always willing to lend a helping hand, support his coworkers, and step in wherever needed. His positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic make him someone the entire team can depend on.

There was a wonderful sense of warmth and connection at Caretta Eau Claire recently when Heartland Hospice stopped by to host a special Cookies & Coffee gathering with our residents.
