Holiday cheer filled the halls at Caretta during a special Santa Claus visit! Residents received thoughtful personalized gifts, each one carefully chosen by dedicated community members who "adopted" them for the celebration. The festivities included entertainment and games, culminating in a delightful musical performance by the group "5 Hits and A Miss. 🎅🏽🎄✨

As our hands wove the fabric together, threading love and compassion into each knot, we also shared cherished Thanksgiving memories—stories of family gatherings, traditional recipes passed down through generations, and moments of gratitude that have shaped our lives. Honoring Our Heroes: A Heartfelt Veterans Day Celebration 🇺🇸
Our senior living community came together in a moving display of gratitude and appreciation as we celebrated Veterans Day. The day began with a patriotic parade, where residents, staff, and honored guests marched proudly to recognize the brave men and women who have served our country.
The centerpiece of the event was the Pinning Ceremony, a special moment where each veteran was individually honored for their service. As family members looked on, our community leaders presented each veteran with a commemorative pin and certificate, sharing heartfelt words of thanks and acknowledging their sacrifices.
The joy and pride emanating from the veterans and their loved ones was palpable. It was a true testament to the unbreakable bonds forged through military service, as spouses, children, and grandchildren gathered to celebrate their heroes. Laughter, tears of joy, and heartfelt embraces filled the room, creating an atmosphere of deep reverence and community spirit.
Through this meaningful event, our community paid tribute to the veterans who have defended our freedoms. It was a day to reflect, honor, and cherish the immense contributions of those who have worn the uniform in service to our nation.

🎃🎳 Strike! But make it festive! 🎳🎃
At Caretta, we put a seasonal twist on our bowling game by swapping out the bowling ball for a pumpkin! The competition was fierce, the laughs were nonstop, and the pumpkin (mostly) stayed intact! 🧡
Our residents had a blast knocking down pins and making memories together. Who knew pumpkins could bowl so well?

Today at Caretta, residents were treated to a wonderful performance by the talented Francis Rank! 🎶 His beautiful piano melodies filled the room, bringing smiles and joy to everyone. It was a special moment that brought us all together, reminding us of the power of music to uplift the soul. We are so grateful for his visit and can’t wait to have him back!

The Wisconsin Parkinson’s Association recently hosted its second annual Pitching for Parkinson’s event in Grand Chute to raise community awareness of Parkinson’s disease. Caretta Senior Living’s Director of Sales, Patty, and Executive Director, Hailee, proudly served as Grand Slam Sponsors for the event. Special thanks to our wonderful Chef Sara for providing delicious cookies! My husband had PD-5 programme about 4 months ago. he sleeps soundly, works out frequently, and is now very active. It doesn’t make the Parkinson’s go away but it did give him better quality of life. I’m surprised a lot of PWP haven’t heard of it, we got the treatment from binehealthcenter.com
My husband was diagnosed of Parkinson’s Disease a couple of years ago, he had severe fatigue, difficulty with mobility and sleeping. He was placed on Sinemet 3 times daily, which helped but only for a short while. So we decided to try alternative treatment and began on PD-5 protocol , It has made tremendous difference for my husband, he had improved walking balance, muscle strength and he is now very active. His Parkinson’s is totally under control, we got the treatment from binehealthcenter.com. This treatment is a breakthrough for PWP!

We had an amazing time hosting our Fall Fest Open House at Caretta this week! 🍂 A huge thank you to L&M Carriage Service for providing beautiful wheelchair-accessible carriage rides that our residents and guests absolutely loved. And, a special shoutout to our talented Chef Sara Martynuska for preparing all the delicious treats that made the event even more memorable. We appreciate everyone who joined us to celebrate the season! 🍁
