Patricia Belongia

Director of Sales

Patricia has had the privilege of working with seniors for over 4 years.  After 23 years in a variety of sales positions and feeling like something was missing, she had the opportunity to open a new assisted living/ memory care community in Green Bay, Patricia knew she found her new passion in helping people! This experience led to a career change to senior living. Helping guide families through the process and seeing residents enjoying their new home, friends and wonderful care is what she enjoys most about her position. She lives in Oconto, WI. with her husband of 20 years Mike, sons Jacob and Mason and their dog Lucy. She enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and traveling.

Hailee Frey

Executive Director


Hailee was born and raised in Marshall, WI, a small town outside of Madison. She has been involved with the senior population since she was a teenager volunteering and working her way through each department; dining, caregiving, life enrichment and finally operations. She dedicated the last few years working as the Executive Director in Fond du Lac. Where she turned a struggling facility into a welcoming and home-like environment. Hailee has bachelor’s degrees in business administration and human development from UW-Green Bay, where she also played college softball for four years. She prides herself on advocating for her residents and encouraging independence. Hailee is fun seeking and enjoys attending concerts, going kayaking, and traveling. Otherwise, she spends her time cooking, hanging out with her dog, and visiting her friends and family.

Donald Wagner

Maintenance Director


Don was raised in Milwaukee, but his heart wasn't in the big city. The opportunity arose to relocate to Green Bay and began working for Green Bay Canning Company. He has been industrial maintenance experience for over thirty years with the last twenty years in leadership. Don has a passion for building strong, self-motivated teams stressing the importance of teamwork and doing the task right the first time. Don leads by example; coaching and mentoring to make his teams the best they can be. Don enjoys being involved in his team’s professional and personal lives, caring for each member. Don enjoys helping others. From his time in high school teaching CCD and special needs children as well as spending time on the volunteer fire department or just helping a fellow camper or friend in need. Don looks forward to making new relationships with the Caretta Senior Living team and residents. Don has been married to his wife, Sherry for 37 years. They are residents of Bellevue and enjoy spending time with family/friends. In the warm months, they camp in the Lakewood area, and hit the trails on their ATV.

Kelly Thyrion

Activity Director 


Kelly was born and raised in Green Bay. She received an associate degree in business management and was involved in several domestic violence advocate groups that she helped set up and run while attending college. She graduated with honors and went on to provide over 20 years of great customer service. Kelly got into senior care by taking a chance and making a career change. She quickly fell in love with the people she serves. She treats her residents as she would treat her own family and expects no less from anyone else. In Kelly’s personal life, she enjoys spending time with family. She has four children, Taliyah, Raymond, Vincent and Christopher and also has two fur-babies. Her family loves to travel and go on adventures whenever they can. Their favorite place to visit is Myrtle Beach, SC. When they are not being adventurous, she loves to enjoy her favorite hobbies, relaxing and reading a book. Kelly can’t wait for what’s to come here at Caretta Bellevue.

Veronica Zorn

Director of Nursing


Veronica brings with her 27 years of experience in healthcare, 23 of those as an RN and 4 as a C.N.A while going to school. Her experience includes 13 years in the hospital systems of Green Bay/Oconto Falls and 10 in long term care. Veronica has always had a passion for caring for others and believes in a holistic, individualized approach to care. She has had training in Dementia/Alzheimer’s care and is a Champion fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association. Veronica believes that everyone is different and has their own stamp on life and should be treated that way. What works for one may not work for others, and we as caregivers need to recognize that and adapt. Veronica enjoys learning from the seniors and encourages her staff to do the same. Veronica and her husband Jamie are busy with their two daughters, Kayla and Paige, attending their sporting events, traveling, camping and spending time with family and her two dogs Mikko and Bailey. Veronica looks forward to building a relationship with the residents of Caretta Bellevue and to provide them with the care and support they need to enjoy life to the fullest.

Kimberly Robinson

Business Office Manager


Kim discovered her love for healthcare when she took care of her grandmother that lived with her and her family in Peoria, IL. She then started a career in healthcare when she moved from Peoria to Minneapolis, MN after graduating from high school. There she worked as a CNA for 20+ years and during that time, she received an Associate Degree in Business Management. Kim has always enjoyed working in healthcare and has learned much from her experiences while working in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. While working at the front desk of an Assisted Living Facility, she was offered a position in the nursing office where she led a team of CNA’s. This was an opportunity for Kim to learn more about Managing an office and a team of employees. She also learned a role in Human Resources such as performing scheduling, payroll, billing, etc. In 2019, Kim moved here to Green Bay, WI and worked for a home health agency as an Office Manager where she was able to grow and advance in the knowledge of her chosen career. In this position, Kim enjoyed working with the residents, their families, and the medical staff. Kim currently lives in De Pere with her husband of 20 years. They enjoy Bible studies, cooking, fishing, traveling and being with family and friends.
