My name is Rebekah, and I am the Director of Dining Services here at Caretta–Bellevue. I grew up in Waukesha Wisconsin, and have lived throughout the state, recently relocating from Madison to the Green Bay area with my boyfriend, Brandon, but my culinary journey has taken me far beyond home—including memorable years living and working in Utah and Key West. Those experiences, along with more than 20 years in the culinary field, have shaped my love for great food, teamwork, and creating welcoming dining experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from resorts and country clubs to large dining programs and executive chef roles. I’ve always enjoyed the fast pace of the kitchen, the creativity of menu development, and the chance to make someone’s day with a thoughtful meal. Leading teams, managing operations, and building a positive dining environment are all parts of the work I truly value. Outside of work, I enjoy geocaching—a hobby I share with my sister, Regina—and exploring new places whenever possible. My dog, Roo, is my constant companion and a big part of my life. I believe in balancing structure with adventure, and that philosophy guides both my professional and personal pursuits.
