Patricia Belongia

Regional Director of Sales (WI)

pbelongia@greatlakesmc.com

Patricia has had the privilege of working with seniors for over 7 years. After spending 23 years in various sales roles and feeling like something was missing, she had the opportunity to help open a new assisted living and memory care community in Green Bay. It was then that she discovered her true passion—helping seniors and their families navigate the transition into senior living. Guiding families through this journey and seeing residents thrive in their new home, surrounded by friends and exceptional care, is what Patricia loves most about her role.
She lives in Oconto, WI, with her husband of 22 years, Mike, their sons, Jacob and Mason, and their dog, Lucy. In her free time, she enjoys boating, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Hi, I’m Shannon, your Director of Nursing, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Caretta family! I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 10 years, with six years in skilled nursing and four in assisted living and memory care. My journey into nursing was made possible by the incredible support of my husband and five children, who encouraged me to go back to school and pursue my passion. I believe my experience and training will allow me to make a meaningful impact here at Caretta. I look forward to getting to know all of you and the families. Please come say hello!

Hannah Aschenbrenner

Life Enrichment Director

haschenbrenner@carettaseniorliving.com

My name is Hannah, and I am the Life Enrichment Director here at Caretta-Bellevue. I’ve lived in the De Pere area my entire life and even attended St. Norbert College. Before joining this wonderful community, I spent nine years teaching Kindergarten at a local Catholic school. After welcoming my first child, Logan, I took time off to be a stay-at-home mom. While I cherished every moment, I felt a strong pull to return to helping others—leading me to Caretta! I’m passionate about creating meaningful experiences and always eager to try something new. I love embracing fun themes, so don’t be surprised to see me in festive earrings or seasonal outfits! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Cody, and our son, Logan. We love being outdoors—no matter the season—and tackling home projects together. A fun fact about me: I’m expecting my second child in late April!

Donald Wagner

Maintenance Director

dwagner@carettaseniorliving.com

Originally from Milwaukee, Don always felt drawn to a life outside the big city. The opportunity to relocate to Green Bay led him to a role with Green Bay Canning Company, where he built a career in industrial maintenance spanning over 30 years—20 of those in leadership. Don is passionate about building strong, self-motivated teams, emphasizing teamwork and the importance of doing things right the first time. He leads by example, coaching and mentoring his team to reach their full potential while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Helping others has always been a core part of Don’s life, from teaching CCD and working with special needs children in high school to serving on a volunteer fire department. Whether assisting a fellow camper or lending a hand to a friend in need, he finds fulfillment in making a difference. Don looks forward to building meaningful relationships with the Caretta Senior Living team and residents. He has been married to his wife, Sherry, for 37 years, and they reside in Bellevue. During the warmer months, they love camping in the Lakewood area and hitting the trails on their ATV.
