Alyssa has always had a strong ambition and drive to work in long-term care. She has had experience in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, and senior assisted and independent living apartments. She has a passion for teaching those who she works with. Each resident is different in the care and services they need. She believes all residents should be looked at and cared for holistically. She enjoys working with and involving family members in resident care as they are the strongest advocate in their lives. When family is not present, she is still fighting and advocating as if it is her loved one. In Alyssa’s personal life she enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves hiking, camping, time on the river, and golfing. She recently completed the biggest item on her bucket list, which was hiking into an Indian reservation in the Grand Canyon, Havasupai.
